NM Series Centrifugal Pumps:
The NM series are magnetic drive centrifugal pumps lined with PTFE/PFA and are resistant to almost all kinds of chemicals. The dimensions and nominal duty points are according to the DIN EN 22858 standard. These pumps are ATEX and FDA compliant.

Design:
The wetted parts are fully lined with PTFE/PFA, and the isolation-shell is made of carbon-fibre composite material lined internally with PTFE as standard. The closed impeller, made of solid PTFE, is keyed to a solid ceramic shaft which provides protection against reverse running. The shaft, mounted on silicon carbide sleeve bearings, is drilled through the entire length to improve fluid circulation. Thus, the bearings are impeccably lubricated and cooled even under difficult operating conditions. The use of metal parts internally is limited only to the magnets hence, the pump is less sensitive to dry running.

Magnetic Power Transmission:
The permanent-magnet transmission system consists of a PTFE lined inner magnet, and the outer magnets are mounted on a flywheel which connects to the drive shaft. The permanent magnets are made of cobalt and samarium. The elimination of mechanical seals reduces maintenance and diminishes the risk of chemical leaks, thus, contributing to environmental protection.

PM Series Peripheral Pumps:
The PM series, are magnetic drive peripheral pumps lined with PTFE/PFA and are resistant to almost all kinds of chemicals. These pumps are suitable for delivering small to medium flow up to 8 bar pressure and can be operated in forward or reverse directions. Peripheral pumps are ideal for handling fluids with low boiling points, or fluids with high gas content (up to 30%), without cavitation problems. These pumps are ATEX and FDA compliant.

Design:
The wetted parts are fully lined with PTFE/PFA, and the isolation-shell is made of carbon-fibre composite material lined internally with PTFE as standard. The floating impeller is made of solid PTFE, and is keyed to a solid ceramic shaft and is perfectly balanced by silicon carbide inserts. These carbide inserts eliminate creep in PTFE/PFA and thus maintains constant flow over varying operating conditions.
